Who it’s for
Small to mid-sized mission-driven organizations that need senior membership and communications expertise but can’t sustain a full-time specialist — typically $250,000 to $5 million in annual budget, with a membership base or active donor community and a mission that genuinely drives the work.
Sweet spot: medical and health-adjacent associations, professional associations and trade groups, association management companies, and nonprofits with membership programs. Also serving arts and literary organizations, international development nonprofits, and community foundations.

The work has already begun
The practice launched with three active engagements: a paid project contract with Catalyst Management Solutions, and pro bono strategic and fundraising work for the Jane Austen Society of North America and Congo Restoration.
